I'd be really interested to hear about a time that an Air Canada employee has treated you with even a little respect. It sounds that you get screwed over absolutely all of the time - I would sure hate to be in your shoes. Surely an ex-CP employee has helped you at one time or another?

It may have more to do with your attitude than AC employees or management, I'llMissCP.
