Thats average for a hotel/resort in Thailand like Naka Island. Stayed at both the W and Le Meridien in Ko Sumui this year. LE Meridien was about 7000 / night upgraded to pool suite. W was 18000 BT a night, also upgraded. Big difference considering I booked the cheapest room at both hotels, both Feb stays
