With BA F I think it is less a case of "please sir have you anymore" than "please no more". Sometimes I struggle to find one item I really want to eat when travelling in BA F especially on some routes I regularly fly. I now often look to the vegetarian options first because they are much less likely to be dry and overcooked and consequently inedible.

In contrast my recent CX flights in F had so many tasty and well executed options I couldn't help overeating. CX also seem to load lots of choices so there is little risk of not having what you want, when you want it.
