You're E, don't you get free bulkhead? bulkhead is better than exit row IMHO EXCEPT on the A319/320/321 where there is no wall.

It will tell you when you try to purchase the seats on the right hand side. I THINK that it says if your upgrade clears you get a refund, but I could be mistaken. It will definitely tell you when you are about to purchase it though.
