Does not mean AE will catch on and ''patch'' this loophole (or whatever you want to call it) and send out a directive to agents to overide the system and take your 125k points.
Mistake fares can be booked by a lot of people fast; with limited award inventory not many of these can be booked as to pop on the radar so to speak.
