First Course: Seasonal Salad with balsamic vinaigrette

Main Course: Seared beef filet with red wine demi-glace
Roasted potatoes, buttered broccolini and carrots

Chicken Dijon, mushroom sauce
Shallot bread pudding, grilled peppers and zucchini

Honey-glazed salmon filet, mustard cream sauce
Horseradish mashed potato, yellow and green beans

Smoked mozzarella tortellini with tomato sauce

Dessert: Vanilla mousse with Bourbon butter peaches

I had the chicken; my wife had the salmon -- we thought they were both excellent (along with everything else!) Looking forward to flying the return.
