Just carefully fold the suit and pack into your rollaboard for the actual flights. If you wish, then unpack and carry separately through the airports.

I roll up my sport coat and stuff into my bag all the time when I land in a tropical/warm location, and the wrinkles are always gone within a few hours of hanging it up in the hotel closet.
