Suing over 600 EUR is a
complete waste of time, as you'd have to file in Europe. I'm pretty sure there's no Canadian legislation regarding compensation for delays. Why else would AC sell their "On My Way" program?
If you've got more $ than time, then go right ahead. Lots of international lawyer firms with offices in Germany and they'd be happy to accept your $.
