I've stayed there before an early flight back home last Saturday, the room was indeed better/cleaner than I expected, comparing to reviews on Trip Advisor.
I checked in last at night around 9pm, I did ask if I could get an upgrade with my Gold status and was told by the front desk the room has already been upgraded. The gentleman was efficient at his job, as he handled 2 clients within 10 minutes. Room was 217, from the window you could see the hotel pool. The hotel seems very quiet, I could hardly heard anyone walking in the corridor outside. Bathroom is clean, the only stain I saw was on the ceilings, 3 little areas that looked like coppery water stains. Bed was clean, surprisingly the top covering duvet was so thick, pillows were definitely not supportive/firm at all. Agree with previous reviews in this thread, wifi in the room could hardly connected and the signals kept dropping.
Paid 5000 points + $ 66 (incl. tax) for the night, which I think it's rather reasonable. Although I am mainly staying here for the bonus points, and it also served good as the airport hotel for my last minute travel arrangement.
