Which option would you recommend?
I have tried SQ J and I wasn't as impressed as I though I would be, but I haven't flown CX J. As you can see, I have CX Gold (through AMEX), so not sure if that should impact my decision.

If you weren't impressed with SQ J, why would you want to pay more? The only advantage is that you don't have to back track from HKG to NRT.
