What if a GCH wants to sit in the B seat of row 1 or 2, between two GCHs who want it blocked?

Some GCHs would prefer a middle seat at the front to an aisle or a window seat further back. In that situation seat blocking for GCHs would impact fellow GCHs, long before the need for blocked seats to become unblocked.
