ETKT followed by a long string of numbers is the eticket number. You can sometimes use this to pull-up the booking on various websites (but probably not if the last flight was more than a few days ago).
SEQ is broadly the check-in sequence. So if the SEQ is 23, there were 22 people who checked for the flight before you.
BKKOJ sounds like a reference to your departure airport, but I can't be sure.

I'd suggest three things:
(1) Call TG, ask them to look-up the reservation and advise the fare basis (if you know the date, flight etc this should be possible)
(2) See if there's a "claim missing miles" webform on your *A airline website
(3) Just send off the BP to your *A airline (make sure you retain a copy) and let them sort out eligibility for miles.
