Hi all,

I am trying to help my sister to claim some miles from flights that she has already taken on TG. She only has the boarding passes and doesn't know her PNR or what fare basis she's in (she's in economy). On the boarding passes, it has these info printed: ETKT, SEQ (what is this?), and a five letter long string (one of them is "BKKOJ"). Can I find out what fare basis this is (so that we know whether we can claim miles on other *A programs)? Thanks!
