You need to make every effort possible to return that bag ASAP even if it means you pay DHL out of pocket to express ship it. And in the meantime, you should wire the person whose bag you stole money to cover his inconvenience.

I hope the person whose bag you stole has the means to sue you, and I hope he wins. And, if he can get you charged criminally for theft, I hope he does so, too.

Imagine the nerve of taking someone's bag and sitting on it for a few days because it's not convenient to return it. Disgusting.

Sure he did! Once he discovered he had taken the wrong bag, he said it was his intent to wait until the end of the week before returning it, depriving the rightful owner of the use of his bag.
