Well apparently we would all be surprised (I know a lot on this subject now) but some people are capable or confusing a Black hard case samsonite with a yellow softcase random suitcase and have no problem with it. I have another friend who also mistakenly took someone else's luggage, opened it : " thought hmmm clearly I didn't pack it that way it must have been opened by customs and only realized his mistake the next day...
