When T3 was new and TPR had just opened, the rule was that award IFC tickets could only use the F SilverKris lounge, not TPR. Then SQ changed the rule a couple years ago and now if you have an IFC award ticket on SQ metal (it doesn't matter what program's miles) you can use TPR. You cannot bring a guest into TPR.

However, if you have a FC boarding pass for a flight on another carrier printed on the SQ boarding pass stock color coded by cabin class, you might succeed in getting into the F lounge or even TPR because the dragons will see the boarding pass and assume it is a SQ flight in FC. Put the FC boarding pass on top when you approach the dragons and keep it on top sticking out of your pocket or something.
