A note on the Thermarest pillows, which I love...

The small one seems almost too small to sleep with unless leaning on a bulkhead - very difficult for me to sleep with normally. It might be good for some of those hard exit row seats.

For me, the medium continues to be my preferred travel pillow, especially since you never know what you'll get with hotel pillows.
