But they DID keep their promise. The promise that they reserve the right to modify the contract at any time. It is legally binding. I feel bad for the guy, but there is no contract violation whatsoever. He has no case.
Cases like this are why our courts are clogged... such silly useless court cases that result from a lack of reading by the suit filer.
