Since you have no code/card, in order for it to award you something, that exact flight # and date must be entered into the system. The FA must write it up and forward up the chain till its entered. Try again tomorrow
Yup. That was the ticket. Apparently they send emails out but must not expect that people have iPhones etc ...I'd suggest not jumping on the email for at least 12 hours if not 24 hours after receipt.
Got my $350 credit..now let's hope I remember to use it
