TLV is my 2nd home-base. I don't recall them even having a fast track. I have always flown in and out as a top tier *A or ST pax, and never have been offered fast track, even in J. Might be an LY only benefit.
I suppose this would be out of line with the Israeli security agents' mentality anyway...
