I managed to get close to "afternoon tea" on the delayed 21.00 MUC-LHR service on Friday night in CE (having been rebooked from the previous flight which was cancelled).

After getting my tray, I was offered the bread basket and (more by accident) picked out what turned out to be a scone, not a bread roll. Crew member noticed this, kindly pointed out it was a left-over from the ex-UK leg, I said I didn't mind (at that point was running 4h behind schedule so scone vs. bread roll wasn't highest on my list of worries), BUT he went back to the galley and found me the matching cream and jam.

End result: "afternoon tea" at 22:30 local time!
