They didn't ask me for any details about my situation..just my name, FF# and the flight. The emails states that they were aware of the equipment changes. I'm not sure what else they would need to do. In the past I selected the renumeration and was off. It was great. This is quite odd since they don't have any more information about my situation than they did when they sent me the email. No lie flat. Last time I cliicked right into the choices..
