Agree, get rid of the suit if at all possible, but especially the tie and jacket.

Paracetamol is likely prescribed for the placebo effect. It can reduce pathologic fevers, but shouldn't affect your being slightly overheated. Occasional doses are not going to hurt you as long as you have a normal liver.
Priniton (Chlorphenamine) may make you just slightly drowsy, which might be a benefit on a flight.

A hot bath will increase your body temperature somewhat. This may make you feel hot and sweaty more easily. Hot drinks will have the same effect.
