Yeah... still have to get that "Smart Phone" thingy.

I'm sort of frustrated with the number of times we have to call AA EXP to get an AAgent we feel comfortable with to make changes to a RTW Explorer AAward.

Or should I write: An AAgent that feels comfortable messing with an Explorer itinerary.

I think 20.00 is a bad time to call 'cause the phone banks are stuff with people. Some great AAgents like to work odd hours.

This time it took ten calls. Usually three. We're not picky, but there are a few signs that quickly trigger a call back. Maybe a list for next time.

Thanks to Skype saved a few bucks.

But having said that, in Thailand True Move cell phone service to the states is super cheep. 1 Baht/minute = $1. for a 30 minute USA call.

But still, as I've just learned, Skype is the was to go especially on a smart phone.

Discovered our BKK-SIN-HKG-SGN flights were on older CX regional equipment 773 (seats like AA 767 J). Made the change to 744 Upper Deck and 77W - which have J seats designed exactly like CX F seats just smaller. Super good the best we've flown yet. No equipment change please.

Anyway... out for some Thai food. Thank again for the great tip.
