Can you give a bit more info?

Does your 2-2.5k budget need to cover also hotel, or only flights?
Do you have any Avios to chuck into the mix?
What do you and Mrs Chiefwiggumpi enjoy to do on holiday?
At Xmas is it important for you to feel the traditions of Xmas or do you not care if you don't see any hint of Xmas while away?
