I also wonder why all the PA announcements are in English, one thing that's noticeable on Easyjet is that they have pre-recorded multi-lingual announcements depending on the route and I know for me it is always reassuring to be welcomed in my own language when I fly an airline where English is not the main language.
I couldn't agree more, I'm sure BA could do better. I have flown a few domestic Alitalia flights and they conduct a saftey brief in Italian and English.
I think its also good manners to make visitors feel welcome in their native tongue (even if they are French
)
