consistency of service reports in this forum in US >

FS hualalai - perfect (world, not just US)
amangiri - great, slightly mixed, IIRC reports only improved
twin farms - great but less reports
lowell - good with a number of reports and discussion

setai under ghm (aman/zecha related) was good to great. there were quite a few reports and discussion. lots of best in miami, like hualalai and lowell. (florida seems to have particularly bad service reputation, and new york is always inconsistent. hawaii might be somewhat similar to florida, but perhaps more in terms of lack of supply, as well as destination - fewer reports besides hualalai also factor.)

there were differing opinions on which side for rooms, and it might be impossible to guarantee good layout/view/sunlight outside tower.
