A few questions:

1. When are you flying? (the month will do - the further away from now this is the greater the risk that the flights will move to BA flight numbers)
2. What's showing in MMB right now (no FFP number, your BAEC number, etc)?
3. What's the wording of the error message you receive when you try and add your diamond club number?
