This is bad but the worst one on E/F is where we are an Internatinal flight on a Domestic stand or visa versa and we are bussing but from the back of the aircraft!................this then involves me being tutted at and berated for at least 20 minuites by my, up until that moment, lovely Club Europe customers who suddenly turn into very angry people who transform in the space of the 15 seconds it takes for this P.A. !!!
