I think you can put a fork in MEM it is done. Appears they are already in the process of de-hubing it with the reduced flights. WN can have it.

The airport is a good representation of the city....a dump. It would probably be best to bulldoze the current terminal complex and build a nice new terminal. Around 15 - 20 gates would be plenty.
