I had 2 rooms booked Monday night for the Country Inn & Suites in Millville, NJ for $47.00 + 5000 pts - I called to say I was running behind and got no answer at the property. Found out eventually from Club Carlson CS that the hotel was not accepting guests as their power was out due to the storms that had passed earlier last weekend. Had to scurry to find accommodations at 10pm for 2 people in separate rooms. Found 2 rooms and booked them. Was really pissed that I wasn't contacted either by Club Carlson or CI & S to let me know that I had no place to stay. I would have gotten 88000 pts + for those nights. ARGHhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
