Maybe they're a new member to the program. I spent about $200 there last fall and got squat. I never seek out restaurants based on the dining program so whenever I get miles, it's a nice surprise bonus. Unfortunately, it only happens about once a year for me...very few of the great restaurants here in PDX are members. It's always someplace random when I'm traveling.
But...why only 10 miles for a $150 dinner?
Good question. I spent 60 there 3 days later so we will see what happens if/when any dining miles post for that.
