Any contract that allows one party to change it at will is not going to hold up in the court.
DL, and any airline, would not dare to have their CoC be examined line by line in an open court.
The contract doesn't say that DL can change the contract at will (unlike, say the credit card companies). It says that DL can change its schedule, and the customer is entitled to exercise various options should it do so.
