Well there has to be room for a full-sized exit door. So while you probably wouldn't get the "unlimited" legroom of row 31 on the 772, I'd be willing to bet there will be meaningful extra leg room. Enough to put a roll-a-board on the floor as a footrest? Perhaps not.
But it also looks like you'd be right next the galley and/or lavatories, which could be a drawback.
