Take printed copies of your itineraries that show PNRs, ideally on each carrier. Also take a printed copy of your receipt showing the ticket number(s). Sometimes airline staff can check you in from the ticket number but not from just the PNR if there's a problem, assuming that the ticket was correctly issued.
