Whilst Diamond Club is still displaying earning rates for bmi flights (which they are https://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/loy...s/flights.aspx) I would be tempted to put no card number in and do a missing miles claim.
You could also show your card when you check in and see if you get a different response
