I will say though, I rented 2 cars that week for 3 days each, and the credits that showed in my account were for the second rental. So, I had to call them back this morning, and file a report that the first rental wasn't added to my account. I'm also still waiting on 2000 bonus points from a TV I bought from Dell months ago (4 points per $ promo). They are still looking into that. I am noticing that I'm required to call more often to follow-up than I have in the past. That may be by design though. Like Mail-In rebates, they just hope you'll overlook it...
