It's been sometime since we visited this thread
Didn't see the Hyatt folks update the list so I thought I'd go to the property thread
Effective this week of July 2012 as per the GM of this property
Those Red Marlin fans at this property may now earn points for their food and beverage without stays!!!

Although the cooking and service here remain excellent I am disappointed with them taking Pan Seared Halibut of the menu something that has been on the menu since the Red Marlin opened some years ago each and every summer.One of my main reasons for routinely visiting the restaurant regularly.

Also the fantastic seared scallops over angel hair pasta with truffles, fresh corn and asparagus is also gone.I'm luke warm on the new menu
None the less I am thrilled by this new development
I will be spending considerably less as a result of this menu change
