French or NL Gold cards would have the best earn I think. (I realise acceptance in France is next to zero though)
What about Hotel programs?
My AMEX if FB. Not that I can use it much here, agreed. For travel & amazon.fr it still adds up though. Given that the conversion rates are different per country I have no idea if a Dutch or French Amex (and which one?) would give the same 1.5/€1 mileage I now have for FB.
I use hotel programmes for hotel stays so I never looked into it. I also use Hertz and not Avis. I am really doomed.
