Would it be a nice idea to have a summary on how to best earn Avii per country? I am not suggesting you guys do all the countries in the world, but maybe some people could volunteer who have experience?

I would love to do either NL or FR for you but I have yet to identify any way to earn Avios outside flying or buying here.
