Hi everybody,

I've had Delta Platinum Medallion status for the last 2 ~ 3 years and have earned 290K miles total primarily flying between Asia and the US. For the better part of the last year however, my flying has been fairly limited. I've just learned that my Platinum/Sky Priority status is due to expire in Sept ... just as I've taken on new work that will have be flying around the country and Europe regularly.

Oh how I'll miss those Business Class upgrades!

I know this is a longshot -- but is there any way I might be able to extend my Platinum Medallion status beyond the Sept. expiration? Either with account activity, cash, partner arrangements or begging and pleading with a phone agent? I'm willing to be as creative as I need to be -- does anybody have any ideas?
