This reminds me of a time when an AC agent tried to measure a passenger's carry-on (not oversized, not overpacked) in the bag sizer and it didn't fit. They looked like they were opening their mouth to tell the passenger it didn't fit until they saw it was AC-branded luggage and then just laughed and said "Oh, well it says AC so I'm not going to argue with that." Made me chuckle a bit.
