Check the flight history. It came from LHR on the late flight in to EWR and then down to MCO as the last flight the night before.
As for the OP suggesting the subfleet, considering that the same person has often suggested that the UA operations consolidate into Terminal A because of its location on the bus route, I'm willing to bet that this is similarly a joke.
