DLF is planning to conclude and complete its sale of Aman Resorts probably by July, reports CNBC-TV18's Nayantara Rai quoting sources
likely to sign an exclusive MoU with one of these parties by the end of [May] That will be followed by a final due diligence stage process
supposedly MoU did not happen by the end of May, it happened at the beginning of July, so about one month off. one month off July completion means August or September completion, depending on whether they were suggesting beginning or end of July originally.

In a CNBC-TV18 exclusive, Nayantara Rai learns from sources that DLF has entered into an MoU for selling Aman Resorts.
Sources say they have entered into an MoU with an international consortium which is made up of private equity players as well as hospitality players. The deal is said to be a minimum 15-20 days away [July 19-24]
experts feel DLF would have chosen this consortium because perhaps with this consortium they will be getting the money faster
basically saying late july / early august
