Don't most European flights arrive EWR (and IAD, for that matter) early - mid afternoon and leave early evening? Is that really enough time to reliably be able to schedule a 3-hrs-each-way FL turn? Sure, there may be a couple of opportunities for a noonish arrival from Europe and one of the very late Europe departures but I would think those are rather rare.

(I am not suggesting the MCO market warrants this type of premium seating. Just trying to figure out the math of squeezing in FL turns between incoming and outgoing European flights.)
I've seen the same Intl Config 752s on TPA-IAH on the 630pm flight. I think the planes arrive EWR at 1300. Fly to FL (TPA, MIA, MCO, etc) at 1500-1730. Fly to IAH 1830-2030. Fly IAH to FL 2130-2345. Sit overnight and then are the first flight of the day 7/8ish back to EWR.
