I actually don't mind too much. I like OF as long as it isn't all help together with duct tape.
I changed my flights to next weekend and am stuck on MEL-SYD in QF J and then the BA16 in F ... there was no way to get me onto Qantas according to the ticketing people and believe me, after the list of basic, basic errors they had already made on what is a relatively simple itinerary, I didn't want to make their job any more difficult...
