The list on the page as potential partners are ICICI, HSBC, Indusind, Kotak, PNB, RBS, SBI cards, Stan Chart, Amex, Axis Bank, HDFC. Pretty much the entire gamut of banks who have retail operations. I doubt they will make the final choice basis the voting but seems like a gimmick to get a list of potentially "interested" JP members who were not previous JACC members to try and make up for the cards they must have lost to Citi Premier Miles.
