What I meant by my comment was that now, they seem to give bonuses for rentals between 2 and 3 days but charged 3 days, which was not the case before, so things imporved in that matter...
However, I got no bonus at all for my 2nd rental, which was charged 5 days... and this is what I don't understand. Should I contact Avis instead of FB ?
