I agree. We took the BA15 last Monday. Fast track on check of boarding pass, great I think, as I walk past the masses. Then a 10 minute queue on the air bridge. Not really the F experience.

You may have a point about the boutique airline - I used to do the BMI MAN-ORD flight every month. Escorted from the lounge on to the plane.

On BA15, Crew were good, food was between good (crab starter) and poor (duck main course). CSD came up at the start and end of the flight.

Slightly OT, but when did BA stop the partnership with Loch Fyne? The fish main course last time I flew F (a few years ago) was excellent.
