Hmm, assuming 22:49 arrival and 23:55 departure that's only 66 minutes. I do have 2 separate tickets and will NOT be checking in any bags. I did find that DL and LAN operate from the same terminal, while AA is all the way on the other side of airport.

It may be a newbie question, but is there a good resource to check connecting time at a given airport for particular airlines?
